Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. 

All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on earrings and any made-to-order, bespoke pieces.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@coalescencestories.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
